		<description>I am extremely excited to see what happens with EV&#039;s in the next couple years.  However, I don&#039;t really think the fate of EV&#039;s rests solely Seattle&#039;s hands.  Sure, the execution of the transition/adoption might have an impact on the rollout to other parts of the country, but in my opinion, EV&#039;s are the only logical choice going forward.  I&#039;m confident we will get there one way or another.  Seattle, San Francisco, et al, just have ability to facilitate the process.</description>
